make sure FUSE is good- make sure there is 12 Volts on both side of the Brake Light Switch- the brake light wires run THROUGH the steering column-Make sure 12 Volts are on the in & out brake wires.ASSUMING that BOTH bulbs are good & have good GROUNDS.
