How do you fix the left front ABS sensor on a 2001 Impala?

Before replacing the hub inspect the wiring harness. It is probably fried. I replaced both hubs to no avail then replaced the wiring harnesses on both sides and that fixed it.

The ABS sensor is located inside the front wheel bering. To "fix"the sensor, requires replacement of the wheel bering hub.

It is at the front of the engine, below and to the left of the damper.

If you look in over the top of the left front tire where the A frame and shock is bolted you will see an electric wire going in behind the rotor. That wire goes to the sensor.There is 1 behind each front wheel.
