Before replacing the hub inspect the wiring harness. It is probably fried. I replaced both hubs to no avail then replaced the wiring harnesses on both sides and that fixed it.
The ABS sensor is located inside the front wheel bering. To "fix"the sensor, requires replacement of the wheel bering hub.Wiki User

They are on the bottom, front of the engine above and to the left of the oit filter. Crank sensor "A" is the lower, and position "B' is the upper.
The ambient air temperature sensor is in front of the radiator. Connecting wires come from the right, near the rear of the left head light, as you are facing the engine from the front of the car.
The left front speed sensor is electric and does not have a cable. The sensor is accessed by removing the brake rotor.
On a 2004 Chevy Impala, the traction control sensor is located in the ABS pump module. On the driver side of the car, the sensor is located at the left center of the engine compartment with black wires hanging from it.
