Sounds to me like the switch is out on the closed side. You will have to drop the headliner and there will be a manual way to close the sunroof. They all have this feature so if the motor or switch goes out you can still close it.
To manually crank the moonroof you first have to loosen the back half of the ceiling inside the cab of the F-150. To do this unscrew to two handles used to lift people into the back seat. There are 2 or 3 snaps in the ceiling that just pry off. The two lights on the sides stay attached to the ceiling, they can be unplugged after you pull the back half of the roof down. The tricky part is that it takes some force to pry the corners of the roof loose at the seam in the back. After the motor is exposed you can see where you insert an Allen wrench. Just turn it and the roof will close.

On my Sharp Linytron TV, there is Setup button on the front of the TV, click it. It will display a menu and one of the options is Air/Cable or Antennae/Cable. Click the Setup button until that menu option is selected. Click the down volume button to select it and enter the Air/Cable options. Click the up volume button to move the selection to Cable. Click the Setup button to accept the selection then again to move to the Exit option. Click the down volume button.
I'm not sure if this works on all Windows versions but on Vista near the 'Log Off' there is a button called 'Switch User'. Click this and it will enable you to switch user accounts without logging off your username.
