Do a compression check on all cylinders if its realy low on one or more cylinders chances are you got a blown head gasket ( replace ) are you loosing antifreeze fluid its in your oil ?
Replace the master cylinder.
Probably going to have to replace entire radio. Unless you can find a mom n pop shop that will do it
take it back to whomever put the starter on and tell them to fix it....

NO. They have never made anything in a bottle are can that will fix something like that. That stuff will stop up the radiator and heater core and cause more problems. YOU MUST REPLACE THE GASKET.
