The wiper motor for a 1998 Honda Civic is located on the firewall, underneath the vent cover, below the wipers.
A wiper arm on a 2001 Honda Civic is screwed on. To remove it unscrew the mounting hardware and take off the wiper arm.
The 1995 Honda Civic EX takes 22" drivers side and 18" passenger side replacement windshield wiper blades.
Remove the wiring harness from the wiper motor. Remove the windshield wiper arm from the wiper motor. Remove the wiper motor retaining screws. Reverse the process to install the new wiper motor.
The 2001-2005 Honda Civic (all except SI) takes 21" driver side and 19" passenger side replacement windshield wiper blades. The 2002-2005 Honda Civic SI takes 24" driver side and 16" passenger side replacement windshield wiper blades.
Remove the wiper arm from the wiper motor. Remove the wiring harness. Remove the wiper motor retaining bolts. Reverse the process to install the new wiper motor.
Go to the dealership and buy windshield wiper refills. It'll run you $12.00.
