I am a girl and I know what to do. First you have to become her friend and then become a really good friend so she can rely on you and then take it a step further and if your a adult take her out for dinner but if your a child or a teen take her to the park or to your house. Hopefully that will be sucsessful and she will really like you but not love you yet. Then you start shareing your intrests with her and say that you share the same intrests with her. She will now think you are great. But then you have to ask the big question, If you are a adult "Will you be my girlfriend" and a teen or child "Will you go out with me"
BUT NEVER GET JEALOUS OF HER FLIRTY WITH OTHER GUYS SHE IS PLAYING HARD TO GET AND DON'T GET ALL SOPPY AND DON'T GET NEAR HER TO MUCH GIVE HER SPACE!
