Pull up on pull tab at center back of seat and fold forward. This releases seat back to fold down.
That's true, but to go all of the way down, you have to take the headrests out of the backrest and install it in the back end of the seat once it has been pulled forward. The pull tab for folding the rear seat on my 2-door is located on the seat portion on the passenger side of the rear seat. Sometimes the latch, which the pull tab releases, gets stuck. It may take someone rocking back and forth in the back seat while the other person pulls on the pull tab to release a stuck latch.
