plug it in your computer. wait about a minute, go to "my computer" and right click the label of your drive. go down the list and click "format..." it will bring up a window. click "format" in the window. it will ask wether you want to or not. click format or ok wichever is there. it may take awhile. it will say "format complete". click OK and exit out of all windows.
