you can get a shake drink thing that can do it. it is abit like a protein shake but designed for you to gain fat. look in the argos book near the weight lifting gear...hope this helps :)
Fat is the best source of calories. Beef, candies, white bread, chocolate, and Pizza are all quite fattening.
You can do more muscular workouts because muscle weighs more than fat. Try push ups and squats.

just eat heaps of fattening foods, no exercise, fatty drinks etc should all end in much more fat, if done for a long time
