Carefully remove all brake lines, lay them out on paper (in the same position as they were on the car) and trace them with a pencil.

Always a helpful idiot with a worthless suggestion. I don't think you will find a diagram of the complete system. At most you will find the various components with indications for the lines.

Remove the outer brake pad. Return the inner brake pad and piston into the caliper with a disc brake piston tool. Remove the inner pad. Install new brake pads. Fill brake fluid to correct level.
