You would need to be legally emancipated. How you go about getting the court order, or if you even need one, depends on your circumstances and your state. Contact a family lawyer in your area.

The reality is very, very few courts grant an emancipation decrees to a minors. And there is no state court that will remand such an order on the grounds that the minor simply wants to leave the family home. If it is a case of neglect and/or abuse DSS or family services should be notified. If the minor child feels they are in imminent danger they should contact the local authorities immediately. They will be taken into custody for their own safety until an investigation can be completed.
