That is probably the safest but for a new rider only.
A work rider rides horses that are being conditioned for the races but does not ride in races. The term "work" is often used when a horse is timed for a certain distance from the backside of the track. A work rider may trot, canter, or gallop horses at the track in the morning based on the instructions of the horse's trainer.
Depends on here you live, horse riding is really popular that much, I am a fellow rider and trainer. but haven't heard of a need for more trainers.
The best horse to start with would be an older horse (like 10-15 or older )experienced in what you want to do.It also depends on the trainer,rider/owner, and environment around it.
A female horse is mare, a male still able to breed is a stallion and a gelded male horse is called a gelding. A horse that has been trained is called a backed or broken horse but backed is a nicer term.
Do not use your horn directly behind a horse rider or you will spook the horse. A spooked horse can be dangerous to the rider.
