It really depends on style and personal preference. Most people would suggest a g-pen, as it's the most common. If you have a heavy hand(push hard on your pen when drawing) a round pen or saji(spoon) pen would work well. For a lighter handed artist, again the g pen is good as it can draw nice, dynamic lines, as well as the school pen for detailed work. Most manga artists will actually use two to about four different pen nibs.
Methods include:using a lighter or a match to heat the pen which will cause the ink to flow again (be careful not to melt the pen)taking the ink part out of the pen, then blowing hard into it without letting any air escapeholding the top of the pen and shaking itscribbling vigorously on a piece of paper

how does the four bic pen work to pull the pens down
because if the pen vibrated then the seismograph wouldn't work and it would defeat the purpose. the machine only works if the pen is still. if the pen is still the machine will guide it by the heartbeat lines the pen creates.
A ballpoint pen is just a pen with a cap. A regular pen is one that clicks. They both work the same though.
If you are having issues with getting a new pen to work, try drawing in circles on paper until the ink comes out, If you are still having issues with no ink, then take a lighter and hold it to the ball point for a few moments before trying the circles again.

Well, it's ink that comes out of a pen. That's how they work. The makers fill the pen brush up with ink, and then you can use it if you buy it. If the ink in the pen dries out (or runs out) you can't use it anymore enless you fill up the pen with ink or buy new pens. By the way, its a tiny bit dangerous and pointless to fill the pen wih ink again so be right, buy new ones!! I hope I helped xxx
Gravity is what forces an ink pen to work. The ink flows downward due to gravity. In an area without gravity (like space) the pen wouldn't work.
