I dont think u can... it is electronically controlled, however, I have heard about some people being able to somehow by taking off the cover where the shifter is... but I strongly caution you, everything in this car is electronic and it can be easy to mess up. try putting in the key and turning it to the position right before it starts. Press the brake, and it you should be able to move it out of park. The first answer is essentially correct. There is a small cover plate (about 1/4" x 1") on the console near the shifter. Carefully remove it. Under it is a manual override to the shift release mechanism. You could also connect another car as if you were gong to jump start yours to get sufficient current to energize the release circut. Your battery must be completely stone cold dead, or removed for the shift/brake interlock to not work.

If you can run the shifter down through the positions it may have broken loose at the transmission . If the shifter doesn't move at all it may be a problem in the steering column < unless it is a floor shifter >.
