I'm from Canada so I don't know if you can get this product where you are. I go to Home Depot (big hardware store) and buy ZEP spot spray shampoo. It works wonders. You spray, leave on for 5 or 10 minutes and keep doing it until the spot goes away. If you can't get this product I suggest you call a rug cleaner and explain your situation. They will come out to clean a spot (check your house to be sure there are no other soils on your carpet.) Marcy
If you stop at this stage (without the alcohol), the Gram-negative cells will be invisible since they have lost their crystal violet stain.
i had it before there like muscle spasm but worse you should check a doctor or it may get worse over a period of unkempt time.
Go see your doctor, they will put your mind at rest.
The future is looking grim. Many people think we have left it too late to do much about global warming. Very few countries have made serious attempts to reduce their emissions.
A gram-negative cell will lose its outer membrane and the peptidoglycan layer is left exposed. or it is best to use younger cells ( 12-24hr) because older gram positive bacteria are subject to break down of the cell wall by enzymes that are produced with age which may result ingram variable staining.
If not washed off immediately and left for weeks on end, yes, it may. This will obviously be made worse when using oil-based paintballs.

If a man puts on underwear after recently ejaculating, then it is likely that such a stain will be left. If a man ejaculates while actually wearing underwear, this will also leave a stain.
Supposedly, a "poultice" made of hydrogen peroxide and distilled water, left to sit on the stain, will draw it out.

When the stain is still fresh, apply white wine. The color begins to disappear and then all you're left with is the wet part of the stain. If the stain is dry, then use a little soap that is safe on the material (I would try Palmolive) and hydrogen peroxide. Spray, dab, or pour the mixture on the stain. Been there done that!
