Fire, or power, to the wiper motor in a 1985 s10 Blazer comes from the battery, through the wiper switch and to the motor. Check the switch, fuse, and all connections to find the loss of power.
No there is no other relay.
The module is located on the front side of the wiper motor on the fire wall it comes as a separate unit it can be purchased at local parts store for about $30 dollars three screws hold it in place.
The wiper motor is located on the right hand side of the fire wall in the engine compartment
if you look under the hood the wiper motor is fastened to the fire wall you will know it is the motor when you follow the wiper pivoting arm which is attached to the wiper motor after installing new motor wiper arms will need to be adjusted they will have to come off anyway prior to removing motor they are connected with one nut on a spline shaft . might sound difficult but really isn't .

Rubber back grommets on the wiper motor bracket on a 01' Fire Bird can be found at most auto accessory stores. It also can commonly be found from Fire Bird dealerships.
Usually on the fire wall in the middle
on the fire wall on the passenger side
Under hood passenger side (up top of fire wall)
the wiper motor is located in front of the fire wall at the drivers side, its is tucked underneath. look at the wiper bolts exterior and follow the bracket under the hood, you should see the linkage. in the center of the aluminum bar there is a box, that is the housing for the transmission,
It is located on the fire wall under the hood passenger side next to the wiper cover.
Open the hood, Now look back at the fire wall on the drives side just under the windshield area and you will see the wiper motor bolted to the fire wall. Now there is a black plastic cover that has I think 3 torx screws holding it to the motor. Unplug the electrical connector and remove that cover and then pull the printed circuit board off of the motor.
