Copy and paste the URL of a song on YouTube, preferably not one by Vevo; something uploaded independently. Go to Zamzar (link is below the answer) and choose the tab for downloading, enter the URL into the appropriate field and choose MP3. Enter your email address and click download. Your song should arrive in your inbox via a zamzar link which you can then download.

All you have to do now is hook up your iPod Touch to your computer with the cable provided with the iPod Touch, and use iTunes to synch the downloaded MP3.
