Remove the rear lic. plate, drill a hole about 3/4" dia in the center of where the plate was mounted, look in the hole using a flashlight and u should see the rod for the lock, grab that with a pair of needle nose pliers and pull up or down and the trunk should release, fit a rubber blanking plug in the hole and refit the lic. plate.

Need more information. Is the latch behind the grill broken? Or is it the latch operated from inside the vehicle? If it's the latter you can remove the latch mechanism and pull on the cable using pliers or vise grips.
