okay, first you have to get jury duty. and that's just random selection...i don't think that there is any particular way you can "get on" a jury. If you get jury duty (a summons letter that comes in the mail), then you send in the questionnaire. if they recontact you, then you go the courthouse, and go to this room and answer some questions (some very personal), and then they tell you a few hours to a few days later if you made it. other than that, I'm pretty sure that you can't "get yourself" onto a jury.

∙ 14y agoJurors are draw from the community, usually off of voter registration lists. So you need to be a registered voter. They are also sometimes drawn from DMV lists, so having a state ID or Driver's licence can help.
In each case, you need to make sure that your voter's registration card and ID has your current address on it.
After that, it is a lottery. And there is no further means of increasing your chance of being selected. In fact, requesting it specifically is one of the surest means to NEVER be picked.
Ironic, considering how many try to get out of jury duty.
