When your husband is not home call the police, tell them you have a problem with your husband and you need to explain to them your situation, or go to the police station and report the situation. There are programs that help neglected families and the police can tell you how to contact them.
Make sure that when you decide to do this it's because you DO NOT want to go back with your husband. If you are afraid of your husband TELL THE POLICE.
