How do you get out of brother-zone?

So, there's this girl I like but she says that she sees me as a brother. The weird thing is, she used to like me (I didn't know until recently) She said she doesn't like me now, because I've become like a brother to her. I think (I'm sure actually) there's a reason besides that she stopped liking me, because she seems to be forcing the "you're like a brother to me" pretty hard. Maybe she got over me, or I did something wrong to have her stop liking me. I really want her to like me again. I want to find out why she liked me, so I can do whatever I did, to have her like me, again. Is that a good plan? I'm also thinking about I guess not acting like, what she defines as "a brother" a lot. I'm at a complete loss what to do. What can I do here? Thanks in advance if you help!

She likes you. The "your like a brother thing" is just her way of telling you to slow down. Be her friend and be cool. Don't push it trying to be more. I sense you are pretty young so you have a lot of time to have this relationship grow and mature. The fact that she keeps telling you that you are like a brother shows she senses your wanting much more and are anxious about it. Be there for her, be her friend, and just chill.
