mr clean magic eraser Another Answer: I found this out by total accident. Deep woods OFF, mosquito repellant will remove permanent marker off of anything, walls, plasticware, wood, paint, skin...try it.

∙ 13y agoI fined that if you get some alcohol hand jell (the normal one works best not a perfumed or moisturising one) and apply where the permanent marker is and give it a scrub and then wipe it away with a cloth. i hope this helps

∙ 17y agoIf the floor has a good sealant on it, you can try rubbing alcohol. Test in an out of the way corner first! If the wood is not sealed, alcohol will certainly help dissolve it, but may spread the stain deeper into the wood. A light sanding might be a better option.
