-Start Windows Explorer-Browse main drive c: and look for the file "SETUP_TD". This is an executable compressed file, therefore you will not find it with the .exe extension as reported by your antivirus software.-Select it with a left clic-Hold down Shift key and press Delete key. This will delete the file without putting it into the recycle bin.-Rerun you antivirus program to confirm deletion.Hope this helped. :)
I had a "Turown Trojan dowloaded and couldn't get into the system folder that it showed it was in. Finally I realized you have to go to the C: drive, then go to Tools, View, and make sure that you scroll down to "DON'T SHOW HIDDEN SYSTEM FOLDERS. It is set by default so people don't get to their system files and mess up their system. But to get to this Trojan file you have to uncheck the box, it was my only way to get to this file being my scanner couldn't clean it. Then, be sure you know the exact file that is the Trojan. If you use AVG scanner there is a report that tells you the exact file location. They are usually a zipped file. When you delete it, hold the "shift key" down with the delete, so it doesn't go to recyle bin and rewrite itself back to your computer. Then I ran my scanner and finally I was virus free.
AVG version 7.0 (www.grisoft.com)$33 US for 2yr license The only anti-virus software that seems to address the turown virus.
