1. Click Start | Run.
2. Enter gpedit.msc at the command line and click OK. This will open the Group Policy settings window.
3. Select User Configuration | Administrative Templates | System | Ctrl+Alt+Delete Options | Remove Task Manager. 4. Double-click the Remove Task Manager option from the Group Policy menu. You can then disable, enable, or set the policy to Not Configured. Remember: Since the policy in question is called Remove Task Manager, by disabling the policy, you are actually enabling the Task Manager. Disabling or setting this policy to Not Configured should alleviate your problem.

There are a number of possible reasons. * It might not be installed properly. * It might be disabled in your BIOS. * It might be disabled by a switch or button on your computer.
The normal code for an input button is this:To make it inactive, add this:
When logged in, next to your name and logout/login button, there will be a Account Manager button. Click this and you will be at the account manager!
if OD button is disabled, the transmission will not shift into overdrive. your car will be running with one less gear, and using more fuel
Normally, on a laptop or notebook, there is an on/off button for the Touchpad. Sometimes, this is just above the Touchpad itself and may have a light indicator alongside the button also. Press the button, the light goes out, and the pad is disabled. Or, the button will be somewhere on the top row of keys/functions of the keyboard. You may have to press a special 'fn' key + this Touchpad key together, in order to turn it off.
Click 'Start', 'control panel', 'system', 'hardware', then the 'device manager' button
Look under your power settings in the control panel. There are options there for "What to do when I press the power button", "What to do when I press the sleep button" and "What to do when I close the lid".
Look for a traction control button by the shifter if it can be disabled.

There is the equivilent to a 'backspace' button. It is called the 'delete' button and has the same functions as windows backspace button. It is located in the top right hand corner of the keyboard
It's the same ok button that you use for other functions on your cellullar phone.
The lock button on the top is also a button for other options. Hold the button down for a few seconds and then there will be a few options: to enable airplane mode (in which all signals are disabled) and then the shut down option. Hope this helps.
