Skin Care THROUGH EATING HEALTHY - by Editor www.indiaparenting.com A healthy glowing complexion is the most important attribute of a natural beauty. Beauty care starts with the skin. The first step, then, would be to take care of what you put on the inside, because it shows up on the outside! Did you know that scaly skin is a result of fluorine deficiency? Fluorine is the anti-resistant element of the human body, the absence of which creates problems in the blood and spleen. Since cooking and heating foods destroys fluorine, it is better to eat uncooked raw fruits and vegetables. Other foods rich in fluorine are goat milk and cheese, rye flour, avocados, sea plants and cabbage, cream whey and cottage cheese. Sodium deficiency causes skin to become sticky and makes it wrinkle faster. Cucumbers are ideal for combating and preventing sodium deficiency because they are not only high in sodium, but also help in keeping the body cool, a great summer

for removing brown skin between legs and underarms, first soak the areas in water with baking soda and crushed aspirin. after the skin becomes wrinkly (raisin looking), do either one of two things; (1) hold areas close to exposed flame until the skin flakes off or (2) or use a very rough file to scrape the areas. the skin will be numb after the soaking with the mixture.
I usually take some baking soda, cucumber juice and bleach.
It really works my under arms are just great in the blackness department.
-good luck-
Instead of using deodorant use natural lemon.
Change you deodorant to those with whitening ingredients. If it does not work, consult a dermatologist.
you can get rid of dead dark skin by using a washcloth on w/e u want lighter skin.
The hair under the arms may be able to be bleached. This would lighten the underarms as well as the hair that grows back in after being shaved.
home remedies for dark underarms
Buy a box of hair dye (I usually use L'Oreal). All you're going to need is the bottle of creme applicator, not the conditioner, or the dye color itself (it's the biggest bottle where you mix everything in). Apply some of the creme applicator on your underarms and leave it for 3-5 minutes. Then wash it off.
The old "flying squirrel syndrom" LOL These are hard to get rid off. You can work out at the gym, or go on "Google" and ask: What exercises do I use to build up muscle on my underarms? There are all types of exercises, but you will never totally get rid of this (it will improve) without plastic surgery. If you are in your teens to approx. 40, you can do it by exercise, but 40 and on, you can improve it, but not totally get rid of it and as I said, will require surgery if it bothers you that much. Good luck Merry Christmas Marcy
