Second, the best way is to make sure that your muscle to fat ratio is correct. There is no point doing abdominal work if you have a layer of belly fat. Otherwise, you will not see your abs, no matter how much you develop them. Therefore, introduce correct eating and cardio exercise to burn off any substantial amounts of body fat and then introduce effective core and ab exercises.
