Depending were your at in the process, I will start at once the wheel and hub are off. Their are two nuts on the axle holding the drum on. Remove them, then completely disengage the brake linkage by removing the wing nut so the pads don't touch the drum at all. To remove the drum is simple but you need TWO pry bar's, one wont work. With the two pry bars on each end of the drum apply equal pressure and it'll slid right out.

The small black lever is the accelerator and the large lever is the front brake.
the ground-wire
10w-30 is a general all around good oil and about 1.3-1.5 quarts
Although Honda was selling three-wheeled ATV's in 1970, Suzuki sold the first 4-wheeled version in 1982, the QuadRunner LT125. Honda marketed the TRX 200 in 1984, and later the Honda Rubicon.
10w-40 ATV or motorcycle oil should be fine.
no the motor setup is totally different. the spark plug is on the other side. It will only work if you have mounts welded to the frame.
I tried tapping it with a hammer, but after no luck I used an oxy acetylene torch and heated it up. Had to do that several times before it started to budge and came off (hint: use a pry bar not your flat head screwdriver, mine broke).

The brake light may be blown (bulb) or your brake light switch might not be working.
