First you loosen the axle nut using a 34mm deep socket. then remove wheel. take brake caliper off then the upper and lower ball joints. then the spindle should come off.
The spindle is what the front wheel is mounted on. It is the shaft that the wheel bearing slides up on.

The front wheel stud on a 1992 Chevy Blazer S10 can be changed by jacking the vehicle up, removing the wheel, and unbolting the caliper. The rotor assembly can then be removed, and the wheel stud pressed or hammered out of its seat.

If it is 4 wheel drive the front speed sensors are mounted into the front hub/bearing assemblies behind the brake rotor. If it is 2 wheel drive the front speed sensors are mounted to the spindle behind the rotor. In any case, just follow the speed sensor wire harness and it will lead you to the sensor.
