You can log into your iTunes account, and view your purchase history. Next to your purchases there should be a report a problem link. If you click that link and choose the correct problem you will be prompted to type in your reasoning. Once you explain yourself apple will re-enable you to download the music.
iTunes and iPod do not support that functionality. There are however ways of doing it.

you buy a link cable wich you can buy from any good computer shop you plug your gameboy into the pc and hey presto youve done it
First you need a pc conector cable that comes with the phone once youve got that just plug the phone in and go into my computer and you should see that the phone is pluged in the just go in to my music and drag n drop the music you want (you can put albums in too) then let it load n the your done. This is for windows 7 so i dont know if this will work on other computers and i would recomed atleast a 2gb micro SD which only costs around £5 but you can get as much memory as you want. R.A :)
