The fly-wheel bolts to the end of the CRANKSHAFT, There is no plate. Just take a real small screew driver and pry the seal out. Then tap the new seal in place with a small hammer, or go and rent a seal driver to install it. NO BIG DEAL easy job. Just clean it good before you install new seal.
80Lbs for flywheel, 10 to 15lbs for pressure plate
1997 S10 4 cylinder engine pressure plate to flywheel bolts, 33 ft lbs.1997 S10 V6 engine pressure plate to flywheel bolts, 29 ft lbs.

on a 2002 4 wh drive Blazer - disconnect the battery - lossen starter bolts ( 2 ) loosen and remove the Flywheel plate that the Starter is inserted into or you wont be able to pull the starter out - really tight space 2 bolts to remove this plate - plate has an opening that the starter goes into to engage the flywheel
You could stretch the bolts, strip the threads out of the flywheel or break the bolts off in the flywheel.
I believe that these specs do vary from model to model, but here are the specs for a 97-01 Prelude. Pressure plate bolts - 19 lb ft Flywheel bolts - 76 lb ft
pressure plate to flywheel bolts - 15 to 24
Remove the transmission cover plate, under the vehicle, that will expose the flywheel, you should be able to see the bolts form there, to remove get a ratchet with a long handle and the correct socket, you will have to pin the flywheel with a large flat blade screwdriver to keep it from turning on you while you loosen the bolts, reassemble in reverse order
25 ft lbs on pressure plate and 50 Ft lbs on the flywheel bolts. use locktite
I know on a 95 GSX the flywheel bolts are 55 ft. lbs. and the pressure plate is 11-16 ft. lbs. This information is from Alldata and may be different for your particular model.
remove transmission, remove torque converter (auto), or clutch and pressure plate (manual) remove flywheel flywheel and pressure plate must be Torqued to factory specs
You have to use the flywheel for the 1974 engine and the clutch plate for the Trans Am.
