When you take off the back tires the drum should just pull off. Make sure the parking break isn't set before you attempt this. If the drum don't slide off, try a ruber mallet to loosen it. If it still won't come off it's probably rusted. You will need to get a spray solvent like PB Blaster and spray around the edges and the holes the wheel studs come through. Let it set for a little while, then tap it with the rubber mallet until it loosens.
