Yes there is one in mine it's a 2000, Mach Premium sound system with a sub amp and speaker in the back passenger side.

You need the proper amp wiring lot if you are putting an amp and sub if not you will need the premium sound wiring kit it comes with two plugs. I have 2003 ford expedition Eddie Bauer and I have 2 12" subs and the stock 10" that comes with it. Sounds good but the hatch really rattles alot. you will need to bypass the amps in the passanger side rear of the vehicle if its the Eddie Bauer edition.

Pull off back panel there are two screws under carpet, than pull cover from side, once side panel is off, unsrew the sound system from side of car. Once off unscrew the speaker and there is also a bolt in the back of the speaker that is attached to the rear magnet of the speaker. Speaker should pull out of system. Ford does not sell the speaker alon must by a whole new system, $210.00 or more. I am trying to find a replacement speaker also.

You should be able to get sound from the radio. Mine is set on channel 89.5 FM. When the DVD player first turns it should say on the monitor.
