You need the proper amp wiring lot if you are putting an amp and sub if not you will need the premium sound wiring kit it comes with two plugs. Have any questions email me chadscamen@Yahoo.com be glad to help.
as far as i know there is only one amp and it powers the sub woofer. it is located in back, in the panel beside the sub woofer. pull off the panel covering the sub and look up to the left of the sub and there is a little gray metal box and a wire going from it into the sub box. the little metal box is the amp.

The check engine light comes on when the main computer senses an error in something electronic such as a bad sensor or wire. The easiest way to see what it is is to go to autozone or a dealership or someone with a scan tool and have them read the codes from the vehicle. Autozone does it for free but a dealership will charge for it.
Connect the sub woofer to the equalizer or amplifier. The positive wire will need to be connected to a power source. Connect the ground wire. Connect the auxiliary wire to the amplifier.

If youre running a single woofer get the dual 2 ohm woofer. Wire them parallel, which will bring it down to 1 ohm when you put it on the amp. 1 ohm will pull the most power from the amp
Static noise on speakers usually means the speaker wire is not shielded properly. Replacing the wire with high quality speaker wire will likely solve the issue.
Run a direct wire from the battery to the horn, if it works the problem is in the horn button or the fuse. On second thought, use a test light to see if the horn wire is getting power when the horn button is pressed. If it is, make sure the horn has a good ground. If everything checks out, replace the horn.
