if you broke the plug it requires a special tool to remove them if you didn't beak any
remove the coils and fill the holes with penatrating oil and let it soak overnight and then try to remove them if they break off you will need to take it to a Ford dealer
Actually, you can't take the car to a Ford dealer. They will not remove the broken plugs. They are required to tell you that you need a head replacement. Your local mechanic having the right tools will do the job for you.
