I'm fixing to replace mine and I'm guessing you remove the rear seat both parts and pop up the dash back there
Unless the vehicle is fairly old and the speakers just blew, the only real reason for both back speakers goin out at the same time is the radio itself is messed up. Use your fader and fade all the sound to the back, if you hear nothing at all, replace the radio. If you hear some cracking and just general bad noise, replace the speakers.
The power rating of speakers has nothing specific to do with ohms. look at the Watts rating printed somewhere on the speakers

Once you have the door panel off, it's pretty easy to figure out from there. NOTE: Never cut the factory wires! Always get one of the wiring converters, even for the speakers. See "Related Questions" below for more about removing the door panels

In order to remove the screws that secure the rear speakers, you need a 7/32" socket and socket wrench. The wiring harness I have yet to figure out how to remove from the backs of the speakers lol.
