I guess just run, and do some lift up leg exercise. (laying down sideways then lifting one leg up for 20 or more times everyday) Running up the stairs or in circles for 10 minutes.
I believe it's just moving your legs and excersicing more; sports soccer... feet moving.
You could join a running team at your school to get better in running and then you might see the difference over the years; that's how one of my friends got her legs thinner and smaller and also got her body smaller.
