How do you get to the relay in the steering wheel that runs the taillights and instrument panel lights on a 96 Oldsmobile Aurora?

It is not a relay that controls these items in the Aurora.I had the same problem.These items are controlled by a lighting module (about $100.00)that is found under the dash near the steering wheel.You might need someone abit advanced in automobile electrical systems. Good luck!
