I had the same problem. Do your interior light come on when you open the driver's door? Mine didn't. Does the alarm come on when you open any passenger door? Mine did! I opened a door to set off the alarm. I then used my key in the trunk lock and everything was fine? This all started when I locked up and then went to unlock? Apparently it is a loose wire connection in the driver's door handle. For now I am glad the noise is gone. I have not yet tried to lock and unlock again. Yet now I know what to do to turn the BLEEPING off if it returns.
to stop alarm, put key back in the door and turn it off by unlocking it. should stop alarm and the car will start.
close all of the door then lock and unlock them>alarm should stop nd car should start
your car should still start, regardless of the alarm It depends on the alarm, some can cause a no start.
You have to unlock the car and then start it up and then it'll stop the alarm but you sould get it checked out by a professional.
If you put a key in the lock and unlock it while the alarm is going off after jump-starting the car, the alarm will stop.
to reset the alarm system for a Mercury Sable when the alarm is causing the car not to start, place the key in the ignition. Turn the key only about halfway and leave it in this spot for 10 minutes before trying to start the car.

The alarm should turn off once you start the car. If the alarm is going off while you are driving, pull over and remove the fuse.
try disconnecting and reconnecting the battery to reset the alarm.
a loud alarm and one that wont let the car start is good.
Please rewrite. This is not a question and makes little sense.
