In a bathtub or sink: use lukewarm water (Labs are sensitive to very hot water) and a soap designed specifically for dogs (they have a different skin pH than humans), ideally a sensitive-skin or natural one with oatmeal, etc. Carefully wash every part of the dog, avoiding the face and ears--make sure you wash the "armpits" and groin, and don't forget the anus and under the tail and the skirt area of the thighs. Rinse and rinse and rinse thoroughly, and then dry and brush until the coat is shiny. Avoid the ears so you don't get water in them; the face as well. To clean the ears, use a dry cotton ball and wipe it out. (If the ear is very stinky, consult a vet for a healthy way to clean the ears and avoid infections.) Wipe the face and chin off with a wet warm towel, without soap. Be sure to learn how to trim nails as well, and examine the pads on the paws for any cracking or other issues.
With puppies, use positive voice encouragement, and have a partner or friend give yummy treats during the entire bath experience. After several baths with treats, you can start cutting back on the treats--but always give a big treat at the end of a bath.
Labs shouldn't need bathing very often; they have naturally oily coats that get clean easily from regular brushing.
i would give my daschund a bath every week, but when you first get him, wait about 3 weeks until you give him a bath
You should not give a guinea pig a shower once a week. I only bath my guinea pigs if they are really in need of a bath or if I'm taking them to a show. I would say a few times a year if you want to bath them, but not once a week
Once a week.
about once a week
You should give them a bath at least once a week. Well at least that's what I did with my beagle Cassy.
1 or 2 times a week
give him a but bath about 3 times a week then take off any matted hair

About once a week if you bath your dog very often your dog looses his oils and that is not good for him. Unless he gets into a mud hole give him a bath once a week.
I've heard it is usually once a week. Unless the kitten got into something dirty, it doesn't need a bath. Kittens/cats clean themselves.
Have you given it enough water? I recommend you give it a bath twice every week.
Depend on the dirtiness . Usually my poodle ones a week
