You can not force your partner in to proposing to you.he will only do it if he is good and ready. Doing something like that might put a strain on your relationship. If your the right girl for him he will propose.... but he will only do it if he wants to.....

Tell the person what's bothering you, using "I" messages like "I feel ___ when ___" or "I think ___" -- this keeps them from getting so defensive.
Tell them that you can't keep on the way things are going now, and give your ultimatum. Give them a time frame. For example, "I can't keep living here if you are not going to fix the toilet. If it's not fixed by this weekend, I'm going to find another place to live."
