You listen to what the customer has to say and never raise your voice to match theirs. Once you hear what they say, you repeat this back to them calmly then ask what would they like you to do for them to make it better.
If they continue to shout then you ask them to lower their voice and do this politely and respectfully. If they continue to shout at you then you give them a warning that they will be removed from the store if their aggressive behaviour continues.
