Stress while working happens for many people. Since you can not change the environment you can only change yourself. While not working you can go to the gym or do yoga. Yoga is very good for people under stress. If you have a hobby or something you love to do begin to do that on your free time. I would suggest you not bring work home with you since that never gives you a break from work. This requires pacing and timing but helps. Finally, if you find you can't can take the stress look for another job or profession.
