Actually its very difficult to increase your height after 22 years, but nothing is impossible in this world. You can do skipping daily set of at least 3, and reps are like 50,40,30, and you can also do cardio excercises,stress excercises, and the most important thing is your balanced diet, eat right. Take time to drink 2 times a day, morning and evening.
