First and formost,

In order to increase sales, you need people so...

Number 1:

Advertise. Even if it your on a low budget you can advertise by putting up flyers, holding fun events, and even offering coupons. If your stuff is good, then they're going to keep coming back,

Number 2:

Create a good atmosphere. Make it a place that the elderly want to come for a lunch with the gals, or the middle aged workers want to get for their break, or a place for the kids to hang with their friends after school.

Number 3:

Offer things that may draw in people who don't just want what your offering, like coffee, desserts, and other things that don't cost much.

Number 4:

Make your place convenient. Make sure you advertise a call ahead option. If its possible for you, do delivery. Take advantage of the fact that hardly any shops like that will deliver, plus tack on an extra fee for delivery to make some money for gas reimbursement.

Hope that helps some

A great way to increase sales in Pizza Hut or any restaurant is to improve customer service, develop a good rapport with your customers and lead your crew by example. A positive attitude is just as contageous as a bad attitude.

You have to show more products. If you do not want to, show why they are good and then raise the prices just like $2.

First identify what sells well. How much space is allocated to that line. Does it run out between refilling then increase filling times the stock runs out completely then increase the volume on order and monitor sales increase as sales increase. Monitor items with shelf life dates. Is this stock being wasted because its not selling? Identify where in the store your selling from - is it easily seen by passing customers, is it clear on price, is it displayed well to make it look inviting.

Link sales. Look for items that go together - i.e if you sell make up - place make up removers nearby , If you sell a flash light, place batteries as close as possible. Have multi selling areas - Utilise empty sales floor. Is there a product being advertised on TV or in the press by a competitor/ If yes and you sell that items make larger displays of it - put a BIG price on there.

Cut back on selling to clear but cutting a price on short shelf life items - that loses huge amounts. order in small amounts of low shelf items on the beginning of the sales week and have a higher volume in later in the week when the customer traffic is greater. Train staff to look for out of stock and set it as a priority to fill these OR tell the person whose job it is to order in more - monitor when the out of stocks occur and order in accordingly.

Do not accept poor quality stock off sales people, if the packaging is damaged, low shelf life etc customers will not buy it. Monitor prices against the competitor's. can you match it or beat it?

Can you negotiate deal for buy on get another free bargains - customers love those.

Train staff to be very customer focused, If a customer cannot find a product - take them to it - it might just have run out.
