open the panel on the inside and go from there it shouild be just the motor be prepared to loose some blood on the sharp edges

Fairly easy DIY fix. You'll most likely need a new window regulator.
It is built into the alternator, You will have to replace the alternator.
NO you can not, won't work, engine won't run.
Check fuel pressure, fuel pressure regulator.
The voltage regulator in the alternator is probley weak. Replace the alternator
