I called the Chevy Dealership and gave them my vin # and was told the gross weight was very close to 6,000 lbs. and one other web site said the same. Not all vans weigh the same. Some of the older models had extended back ends and/or heavier AWD frames.

The brake lines can be replaced by removing all of the retaining clips. The brake lines will need to be disconnected on both ends. Reverse the process to install the new brake lines.
They are screewed into the exhaust system / Pipes. Start were the exhaust bolts up to the engine and work your way back to the muffler and you will find THEM. There could be up to 4 oxygen sensers on yours. There about 3 to 4 inches long and have an electric wire pluged to the ends of them. There will not be any after the muffler.
If you are changing the element just cut the wire ends off and install new wire ends. The new element should have new screws with it. you will need a crimping tool to install the new terminal wire ends.
