I have a 1997 Neon that I just changed. It has an automatic transmission and air conditioning. Hope this helps, since no one has answered you yet. They might be the same. Remove the battery. Remove the battery tray, two bolts on top come out and you just loosen the two lower bolts. There is also a wire to unplug. Also disconnect the ground wire on top of the radiator support. Remove the air intake plastic cover over the engine, one wing nut. Remove the four cooling fan bolts at the top of the radiator. Unplug fans and set aside. Place a pan under the radiator and drain the coolant with the plug at the bottom of the radiator. Remove transmission hoses from the radiator and plug the ends with bolts to keep fluid from leaking all over. Disconnect upper and lower radiator hoses. Now is a good time to put new ones on. There are four torx head screws that attach the radiator to the a/c condenser. Remove the four screws. At this point, the radiator should lift right out. Watch for the rubber grommets on the bottom radiator pins. They can fall and get lost. Good Luck
it's in the wiring harness up front by the radiator core support.
