Well from experience, first remove the old one carefully without bending any of the framework around the glass area. To install the new one get some nylon clothes line. Take and evenly squeeze it or roll it into the new windows rubber seal, leaving about a foot to pull on. make sure it is even all the way around. Next place the window up to the position of window opening . Have someone else to help you. Ok, as you start pushing the window into position pull on the rope and tap the area were you are pulling at. Add pleasure as you are pulling and tapping with your hand. Do not use extreme force. remember to keep an even flow of pull and tapping so that window rubber can pull out as your pulling on the rope. This is whats going to help the window slide into position. A light rubber mallet may help instead of your hand. remember, use an even flow . Your hand or mallet should hit were the rope is pulling out the rubber seal. Good Luck
