Engine temperature sensor...
the sensor is located on the thermostat housing
It is located lower right hand side of engine unfortunately you will have to remove the distributor assembly to install as it is integral.
It's a non interference engine
Can't give you an exact price, but i just replaced the thermostat in my eclipse gt and it was like $20 for parts, assuming you do the install.
On the bottom of the oil pan under the car.
I think the ford tx3 awd trans works in the escort you will have more fun with that.
brake cable needs to be replaced or adjusted
It's on the passenger side under the dash and right next to the kick panel on the inside of the vehicle.
Yes it does. I had a 1990 Escort GT. It was a lot of fun to drive..Fast!
The thermostat is located near the intake on a 1999 Pontiac Grand Am GT. The thermostat can be located by following the upper radiator hose directly to the thermostat.
Follow the upper radiator hose from the radiator to the engine. Where it meets the engine there is the thermostat in the housing. Make sure you install the spring TOWARD the engine when replacing it. GoodluckJOe
