Take the door panel of. There will be SCREWS around the edge of the door. the panel will then be loose at the bottom and sides but not at the top so force it out upwards till the seal comes away from the door. (Do the exact same thing to put it back on but knock it back in so it clips back on the door then put screws back in). Once the panel is off wind window down but leave space to work you may have too adjust the window till you can get at the arm clips/screws. Unscrew them or bend the clips till they free the windowjust slide the window upwards and out. Or smash it then put the new one in the same way you would take it out!
